Risk Based Corporate Governance Induction Workshops​

Our corporate governance training is risk-based, thus an initial due diligence assessment of your organisation’s current corporate governance practices and structures will be undertaken.

The due diligence outcomes will be used to determine the corporate governance risk profile of organisation in terms of amongst others, board governance, performance management policies, ethics, company strategy, risk governance, regulatory compliance, succession planning, stakeholder engagement and sustainability to establish extent of compliance with the King IV/NamCode. The intensity and frequency of topics discussed during the training will depend on the identified corporate governance risks. The training to the directors/council and seniors management will thus prioritise high governance risk areas and or critical success factors.
